Awarded ecosystem design and innovation studio Zenit Design have been designing experiences, services and objects using human-centred, research driven design approach since 1994. Jenny Lee is a researcher, entrepreneur, creative strategist, founder of Studio Aikieu and lifestyle brand editor. She is a leading advocate on the transformative role that design can play in the development of regenerative and equitable futures. With specific expertise in cultural futures, strategy and disruptive innovation, Lee has delivered cutting-edge research in the retail, design lifestyle sector. 

Through collaboration with project partners, Lee aims to bring together multidisciplinary agents to work towards common goals – to imagine a better and actionable future. Working across the intersection of nature, design, technology, society and business, to foster global change.

Nicolas Arroyo is one of the Founding Partners and Director of Foresight at Bespoke. A Futures Studies and Experience Design firm empowering courageous organisations and individuals to use the future as a source of hope and inspiration for the present.

With more than 15 years of experience in the creative industries and a background in architecture, visual arts and a degree in Change Leadership and Business Design from The Kaospilot School, Nicolas work strives to inspire organisations to imagine and design better futures for people, and the planet by harvesting and using the creative tensions laying at the intersection between business, design, culture, technology and art.

With various projects in diverse places such as Japan, Scandinavia, North and South America and The Middle East and across different industries and sectors, Bespoke uses the power of Futures Design to help organisations and individuals incorporate cross disciplinary thinking and doing into the core of their work in order to foster creative collaboration, human wellbeing, and the creation of future-facing sustainable solutions.

Jenny Grettve is a strategic designer at Dark Matter Labs and holds a MA in Architecture from Sweden and Australia but also has degrees in art, design theory and classical music. She has worked with multi disciplinary concepts and projects with a belief that all is deeply connected. A strong focus has been on societal developments from soft value perspectives and she has over the years been involved in extensive urban renewal programs but also writes about collective issues and often contributes at various art exhibitions and workshops.

Himanshu is curious and passionate about design’s potential to create desirable worlds rooted in equity. In his everyday as a designer at Zenit Design he strives to create conditions for thoughtful design processes to be a core part of various organisations’ work. He is currently co-creating and leading the Zenit Labs initiative exploring the collaborative potential of organisations towards climate positive action. He will be facilitating the session.
